The GGFOA Scholarship Applications Are Now Open!

We are pleased to announce that the 2026 GGFOA Scholarship applications are officially open. This opportunity is part of GGFOA's commitment to supporting and recognizing the next generation of public finance leaders---those dedicated to advancing their careers in government finance.

GGFOA is offering the following scholarships in 2026:

  • GFOA CPFO Scholarship (Application Due July 31, 2026)

  • Jim Pehrson Annual Conference Scholarship (Application Due July 31, 2026)

  • Level I Certified Finance Officer Scholarship (Application Due August 31, 2026)

  • Level II Certified Finance Officer Scholarship (Application Due August 31, 2026)

  • Annual College Scholarship (Application Due September 1, 2026) 

  • Public Finance Leadership Academy (PFLA) Scholarship (Application Due September 1, 2026)
