Check Payment Instructions

Online payment is the preferred payment method. If you cannot pay online, GGFOA does accept check payment by mail. However, processing memberships of check payees can take up to 6 weeks due to the manual process involved.

If mailing a check to renew an existing membership, please include the name(s), email address(es), and phone number(s) of the member(s) along with your payment.

If mailing a check to pay for a new member joining GGFOA for the first time, we will need to collect contact information to enter them into our system. Please complete the New Member Application for Check Payees Only FY20-21 and mail it along with your payment.
